Trouble Installing
When I tried to install using http://www.mywebsite.com/install, (yes, I used my real website name) I get the following error message:
"Oops! This link appears to be broken." I followed the pre-installation instructions and have gone back and double checked that everything was done properly. Can I get help with this problem? |

After i downloaded the zipfile,i noticed that there is no installation folder. It just uncompleted zipfile.I had follow the step using the Installation Manual several times to install but still failed. I afraid i can't expose the (my domain, cpanel log in as there are other personal files inside my webserver ) if I have to delete well it cause me some time to do that. I hope there are solution regarding this. Thank you for support. |

RE: Trouble Installing
Hi Aron,
There is no installation folder. URL http://www.YourWebsite.com/install is a virtual path to launch the installer. It looks like your web-hosting account doesn't have mod_rewrite enabled. If you don't want us to install E-commerce Site Kit for you, I suggest you to check E-commerce Site Kit's server requirements first with tech support of your web-hosting company before you try to install it. |
